Shipping

Shipping is a flat $25 per order. Shipping is free when the merchandise total after discounts is $500 or more, and the applicable amount is included in the order total before submission.

Tracking information is shared when supported by the selected service. Customers must provide an accurate, complete delivery address and are responsible for understanding local import requirements.

Carrier, customs and border processing times are outside our direct control. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Returns

Contact customer support before sending any item back. Return eligibility for unopened and unused merchandise is assessed case by case and remains subject to applicable law.

Opened, used, damaged after delivery or temperature-sensitive items are generally not eligible for return unless required by law.

For an incorrect or delivery-damaged item, contact support promptly with the order reference, a description of the issue and clear photographs so the request can be reviewed.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the support form as soon as possible. An order cannot be cancelled after fulfillment has begun unless required by applicable law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card authorization releases and bank posting times are controlled by the issuing bank. Approved Bitcoin refunds are issued through a BTCPay refund claim, and network fees or exchange-rate movement may affect the Bitcoin amount unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Privacy

We collect the contact, order, delivery and message information that you submit. We use it to process orders, provide support, protect the storefront and meet legal obligations.

This storefront does not collect or store raw card numbers, card security codes, private keys or cryptocurrency wallet credentials. Stripe provides secure card authorization fields, while BTCPay Server handles Bitcoin invoices and refund claims.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the storefront, process an order or meet legal requirements. Requests to access, correct or delete information are handled subject to applicable law.

Customers are responsible for compliance with local laws, destination restrictions and import requirements. Products may not be ordered, resold or used for an unlawful purpose.

Displayed storewide discounts are reflected in catalog prices. The WELCOME15 offer provides an additional 15% merchandise discount on the first two eligible orders associated with the enrolled email address, excludes shipping and taxes, is non-transferable and may be changed or withdrawn before an order is submitted.
